Congratulations to my beautiful daughter Kaden Jones for being accepted into the National Junior Honor Society at Young Women's College Prep and into the HCC dual enrollment program starting next year. BTRU 2 month of hell week. We ended with 15 mile run. Great job to everyone.

Getting my body ready for this 15 miles run to tomorrow in Galveston to finish up BTRU hell. We did 5 /10 miles, and now it's 15, then 20 all the way to 26 miles in January

Y'all, it's BTRU hell week again for 7 days (10-30 to 11-5). We finished hell last month with a 10k run, and we stared this hell week with a 10k run.

Kudos to everyone for showing up at 4 AM and finished strong. I'm so proud of myself for running my 10k without stopping. OUR goal is running the Houston marathon on January 14, 2024 – the BTRU crew is unstoppable πŸƒπŸ’ͺ
