As you adjust your diet, workout, and lifestyle in whichever ways you believe are necessary for making fat loss happen, you're most likely going to reach a point where you're *not* actually losing any fat.
This could occur right away during your initial attempt to lose fat, or it could occur weeks or months down the line after successfully making a bunch of progress.
But regardless of when it happens, you're going to find yourself in a scenario where you're wondering WHY you're not losing any fat despite "doing everything right" and "working out" and "eating healthy" and
"[insert whatever other things you happen to be doing]."

No, You donβt NEED 1g of protein per pound per say. You do need at least .55g/pound though. Prioritize the things that matter most when trying to lose weight. Remember, weight loss and fat loss arenβt the same thing. Weight loss can be water, food, fat, muscle, etc. Fat loss will be a result of Body Fat Reduction!
