Ok....about to start a three week challenge of proper eating. Meal preparation and water consumption.
Restocking on protein as well. Been a while since I was consistent with it. Time to shred!

Sometimes just gotta listen to your body. Had to take a break for almost a week. Injured backs will do that to ya. But was able to get back at it today and had a great re-introduction to triceps and chest.

Felt slightly weaker but not really. Just took a lil time to get warm.

20squats→core work with MedBall (love this) at least 3sets on the abs tho.

Clean→Press KB/DBx16
12 pushups
1.5 laps

Done and done.

I actually like cable flies better than dumbbells, less strain on my shoulders. But good to mix both in together from time to time. Top of the chest is filling in...
