Sometimes just gotta listen to your body. Had to take a break for almost a week. Injured backs will do that to ya. But was able to get back at it today and had a great re-introduction to triceps and chest.
Felt slightly weaker but not really. Just took a lil time to get warm.
Plan for the Saturday session.

I actually like cable flies better than dumbbells, less strain on my shoulders. But good to mix both in together from time to time. Top of the chest is filling in...
