Huge congratulations to Khloe Pfeifer on an incredible performance at state swim last weekend! She brought home 3 state titles!

Khloe’s been in the gym training with Jade for two years now. She shows up for herself every week. Her commitment, determination, and drive is fun to see. Watching athletes set goals and then put in the work to achieve them is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

If you see Khloe in the gym be sure to tell her congrats!

We would like to inform you that the walking track at our DWU location will now be open daily from 5am-2pm.

The track will be closed beginning at 2pm each day through the end of March, at which time DWU sports teams can hopefully resume practicing outdoors.

Wednesday, December 24th: Open from 8:00 AM –12:00 PM (a half day before the elves clock out)

Thursday, December 25th: Closed

Friday, December 26th: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
