Port City Plyometrics 14 Week Slow Feet Don’t Eat Program: Athletes will test at the beginning to track progression also retest at the end of every 7 weeks to evaluate their progress.

Different packages available depending on age and comprehension level of athletes. All athletes will receive a P*P shirt & bracelet based on their advancement skill set during the 14 week training series to graduate to the next stage of training. Port City Plyometric Elite Athletic Performance Training Is a very professional and proven program.

We value quality over quantity so limited spots are available and the athlete must start at the beginning of open enrollment. No late enrollment will be accepted‼️

In honor of our 2020 virtual awards celebration we would like to acknowledge our Inaugural ESPYS class.

We look forward to each of you joining us on stage this June to once again be honored for your hard work and accomplishments, but also receive your hard earned hardware 🏆.

This ESPYS award weekend will be the Ultimate Youth Experience. It was created in 2020 by Myself when i lunched the first virtual youth ESPYS award show through my training company Port City Plyometric. I had a simple objective "to let youth experience something beyond their current situation of the norm".

The mission of the ESPYS weekend is to positively impact as many young people as possible (ages 4-13 in Mobile and surrounding areas through involvement in our programs and events . Instead of only including older athletes, athletes may begin participation as early as 4 years of age. This event serves as a firm foundation to prepare, encourage and motivate young people for their future endeavors, including expansion of exposure and social skills, physical fitness through workouts, etiquette, and interview readiness.

My desires to ignite youth, peaking their God-given talents and gifts through exposure to positive role models, information about relevant issues revolving sports and education, social events and a recurring message to youth that decisions made today will impact their future. Port City Plyometric desires to be the force that encourages youth to make the right decisions today, so they will be adequately prepared to fulfill their destiny. As the African proverb states, "It takes a village to raise a child," we will be part of that village along with concerned parents, schools and communities.

Beyond traditional activities at school and home, Port City Plyometrics wants to introduce participants to life as they've never experienced before, therefore giving them THE ULTIMATE YOUTH EXPERIENCE first week of June 2022!

Last three weeks i have had the pleasure of traveling to Montgomery Alabama to work with some pretty awesome athletes. Lots of talented kids up i65 north and they all show up to workout on weekends!

Thanks to both coaches at Bullock county high school and Johnnie Car middle school for allowing and trusting me to implement my 12 week Speed school program.

Mark your calendar’s for my second annual where we will celebrate and honor the next generation of young athletes here in the city of Mobile.

Over 170 youth athletes will be nominated for awards along with 80 plus coaches also nominated. It just don’t stop there and get even crazier. We are also recognizing park moms, naming the park of the year and tons more. Live performances and entertainment!

We are joined this year not only by the Mobile Youth Football Conference, but we have also added athletes from the Independent Football League as well.

Be sure to save the date and mark those calendars because this will be a experience you can’t miss with over 100 awards giving out. Making this the largest youth award show in the state!
