Wrestler (1983–2000) | Referee (2000–2016) | Producer (2012–Present)

A second-generation star trained by his father, WWE Hall of Famer “Bullet” Bob Armstrong, Scott has done it all — wrestling, refereeing, and producing for major promotions around the world.

Today, he serves as the Executive Producer of DCW’s “Synergy” and the Head Trainer of the Diamond Mine Wrestling Academy. His knowledge of the sport, from ring psychology to TV production, is unmatched.

💪 Trainer: “Marvelous” Marcel Pringle

Wrestler (1986–2008) | Manager (2008–2011)

The cousin of the legendary Percy Pringle, Marcel is a Gulf Coast wrestling legend with matches against names like Bruiser Brody, Adrian Street, and Robert Gibson. His old-school grit and deep knowledge of wrestling fundamentals make him a cornerstone of the Academy’s training philosophy.

Referee (1998–2002) | Wrestler (2002–2018) | Producer (2024–Present)

Known to fans as “The Rainbow Warrior”, Josh has wrestled across the U.S., especially along the Gulf Coast. Trained by Adrian Street, Sika Anoaʻi, and “Nightmare” Ted Allen, Josh brings a well-rounded perspective on performing, refereeing, and storytelling in the ring.

Currently, Josh serves as a producer for DCW’s “Synergy” and helps lead the next generation at the Diamond Mine Wrestling Academy.

Meet The Trainers!

Trainer- Matt Dudley

In Ring Career- 2001-Present

Matt Dudley has been on board with Diamond Championship Wrestling since 2019 and is still an active member of the roster. Better known as “MacDaddyDuds”, Matt has been a trainer for the Diamond Mine Wrestling Academy since 2023. Matt has had a very successful in ring career in DCW. After DCW’s inaugural Pay Per View “All Sales Final” Dudley has become one of the very few “Grand Slam Champions” in DCW history. He has also accomplished plenty of success outside of DCW, holding titles at numerous promotions across the country. Trained by Brandon “Thunderbolt” Walker in Kentucky, Notable opponents include Ricochet, Chuck Taylor, and Rock n Roll Express. DCW is very thankful to have Mr. Dudley on our team!

Training Philosophy- You’re only as good as your last match. Always strive to be the best that you can be.

Trainer - Josh Payne

Josh Payne has been on board with Diamond Championship Wrestling since 2024 as both a backstage producer for DCW’s flagship television program “Synergy” as well as a trainer at the Diamond Mine Wrestling Academy in Mobile, AL. Formerly known as “ The Rainbow Warrior”- Josh has travelled all across the United States as a professional wrestler most notably along the Gulf Coast region. Another multi-talented asset in the wrestling business, Josh has had a successful career refereeing and wrestling. Taught by “Exotic” Adrian Street, Sika Anoaʻi, and “Nightmare” Ted Allen. DCW is very thankful to have Mr. Payne on our team!

Training Philosophy- “Hard work beats talent every time when talent doesn’t work hard. Everyone’s strengths and weaknesses are different and I try to teach students how they can get the most out of what they have to work with”

Scott Armstrong has been on board with Diamond Championship Wrestling since 2022 and is the current executive producer for DCW’s flagship television program “Synergy” as well as the Head Trainer of the Diamond Mine Wrestling Academy based in Mobile, AL. Scott has a very impressive resume when it comes to professional wrestling. Trained by his father, WWE Hall of Famer, “Bullet” Bob Armstrong. Scott is the definition of multi-talented, having success in multiple worldwide organizations in wrestling, refereeing, as well as a backstage producer. DCW is very grateful to have Mr. Armstrong on our team!

Training Philosophy- “I start with the basics and let the students learn at their own pace. Our students learn how to navigate, not only the ring, but also the “in’s and out’s”of Sports Entertainment. “
