Our summer schedule starts today! We’re adding back a 12:15pm shallow water aerobics class with Carla on Mondays and Wednesdays (this won’t start until 6/3 when regular pool hours resume). Here’s the schedule for this week:

Tuesday
5:30pm — Deep water aerobics with Ash

Wednesday
12:15pm — Shalow water aerobics with Carla

Thursday
5:30pm — Deep water aerobics with Nancy

Saturday
9:00am — Shallow water aerobics with Jen

Water exercise is a great low- or no-impact way to build strength and develop better balance. No experience necessary to join our classes!
