This is Beth. She’s the most disciplined client I have worked with so far - meaning she sticks to her nutrition plan and shows up to her sessions even when she doesn’t feel like it. We’re now halfway to her 60lb weight loss goal! She started with me March 4th with just training and decided she wanted to start a nutrition plan along with her training 20 days later. These pictures are a little under 12 weeks apart, and she is feeling more confident than ever! I’m so proud of her, just look at her smile in the after picture! Thank you for trusting me 💜

Proud of the ones that “get it” they show up, train hard, eat clean, and TRY☝🏽

What they get is that it’s a lifestyle change, and not a “quick fix.” Your thrive, it works, happy coffee, tea toxes, etc.. isn’t sustainable. Yo-yo dieting will always end with you hating ‘eating healthy’ and thinking that dieting sucks. Instead of dieting try to make a lifestyle change. Think of eating to fuel your body! Beth has made a complete lifestyle change with me and is down a total of 26 lbs🙌🏼

Happy Monday🌞 & happy leg day!! These stationary lunges will light your glutes and quads up!🔥

Save this, and try 4 sets of 5 slow, and controlled reps, immediately followed by 10 regular reps!❤️

You WILL feel this in your lower back if you don’t use proper form. You should stay upright with your shoulders rolled back throughout the entire movement.

Foot placement should be a long stride, and your upper & lower legs should create as close to a right angle as possible!
