“AC” had herself a YEAR.

2027 Saraland standout Anna Claire Cole helped lead her team to a 6A State Championship while putting together one of the most ridiculous offensive seasons you’ll see at the plate:

469 AVG
1.369 OPS
16 HR
82 HITS
72 RBI
68 RUNS

The numbers are flat-out absurd.

We started working with Anna Claire at the beginning of this season, and from day one she brought a different level of focus and work ethic. No drama. No nonsense. Just shows up, works, competes, and makes everyone around her better.

She’s the type of athlete every coach wants in their program and every teammate wants beside them.

What makes this even cooler is that Anna Claire was only one of TWO softball players we worked with this season. A lot of people don’t realize we work with softball hitters too, but the track record speaks for itself. The softball players we’ve worked with have absolutely exploded offensively.

Big things happen when elite work ethic meets intentional development.

Could not be more proud of this girl and the season she put together. The future is unbelievably bright for AC. 👏

If you’re a softball player looking to take your hitting development to another level, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Prepare like a pro. Compete like a leader.

Brody Lambert has been putting in work with us since he was 12 years old, and it’s been awesome watching him develop into one of the best pure hitters in the area.

The uncommitted senior had a huge senior season and continues to prove why he belongs at the next level. Brody is a true top-of-the-order guy with elite bat-to-ball skills, athleticism, and the ability to impact the game in multiple ways.

Even more impressive is the way he goes about his business every single day. Consistent worker. Team-first mindset. Competitor.

College coaches, don’t miss out on a utility player that can flat out hit and make an immediate impact in your program.

The best is still ahead for Brody. 👊⚾️

Big-time athletes keep showing up and putting in the work.

Ty Mabrey has made huge strides since joining Heisler Hitting last summer. A dynamic athlete with speed, bat-to-ball skills, and growing extra-base hit power, he continues to develop into a dangerous offensive player with a high ceiling on both the baseball and football field.

Still uncommitted. Still just scratching the surface.

The future is bright for this kid. 👀⚾️

You only get ONE playing career. Don’t waste it trying to swing like everyone else.

The best players take ownership of their development. They figure out what their swing needs to be successful, then build routines, habits, and preparation around it every single day.

Stop chasing every new drill, every new opinion, every new trend.

Find what works for YOU. Own your routine. Own your preparation. Own your swing.

Your career is too important to leave in someone else’s hands.

Take ownership. Get to work. Be obsessed with becoming the best version of YOU.

Your identity is not in baseball.

I know that’s hard to hear — especially when you’ve given everything to this game. Early mornings, extra reps, weekends at the cage while your friends were somewhere else.

But here’s what nobody tells young players:

When you tie your worth to your performance, every strikeout becomes a statement about who you are. Every slump feels like proof that you’re not enough.

That’s not competition. That’s a trap.

The players who last — the ones who actually enjoy the game — they play free. Not because they don’t care, but because they know the game doesn’t define them.

Baseball is something you DO. It’s not something you ARE.

God gave you this platform. The talent, the opportunities, the moments — none of it was by accident. He didn’t give you a love for this game so you could find your worth in it. He gave it to you so you could use it to draw others closer to Him.

Your platform is bigger than your batting average.

Your character, your work ethic, how you treat your teammates, how you respond when things go sideways — THAT’S who you are. The stats just reflect it. And when you play from that place, people notice. That’s where the real impact happens.

So play hard. Compete like crazy. Give God all the glory — in the wins AND the struggles.

Because the game is temporary. What you point people toward lasts forever.

40 career homers. Auburn commit. Future pro. 💣

John Stowers just closed out one of the most impressive high school careers you’ll see. Even with teams pitching around him all season, he still put up ridiculous numbers — averaging a home run every 6.4 at bats in only 64 ABs this year.

And honestly… the stats still don’t tell the full story.

We’ve worked with John since he was 11 years old, and nobody has earned it more than him. If he wasn’t in the cage, he was on the field. Early mornings. Late nights. Constant work. No shortcuts. No excuses.

This is family to us, and watching him grow into the player and man he’s become has been special.

Auburn University is getting a DUDE… and don’t be surprised when you hear his name called early in the MLB Draft. The work speaks for itself.

Proud of you, John. This is only the beginning.

Most hitters miss because their eyes are locked on where the ball STARTS… not where it FINISHES.

Today one of my freshman hitters understood that through MLB The Show.

Instead of keeping his PCI in the middle of the zone, he learned to move it below and inside the baseball before it ever got there. That simple adjustment changed everything.

That’s the same problem I see in hitters every day:They train their eyes for straight-line fastballs, then panic when the pitch shape changes.

Great hitters don’t change their swing every pitch. They change their sights while maintaining the SAME swing.

You have to train adjustability.Train your eyes to track movement.Train your body to stay committed.

Aim and swing where the ball is GOING… not where it’s coming from.

That’s how you stop being late. That’s how you stop rolling over. That’s how you start driving baseballs consistently.

If your hitter struggles adjusting to movement, DM me “VISION” and I’ll show you how we train this.

Another outstanding season for Bryce Rivers. 🔥

Bryce has been training with us since he was 11 years old, and watching the hitter and young man he’s become has been special. Over the last three seasons, he’s consistently been one of the top hitters in the state and one of the toughest outs around.

Even after missing time this year due to injury, he still put up big-time numbers and continued to prove why he’s one of the most feared hitters in Alabama HS baseball.

What separates Bryce isn’t just the stats. It’s the consistency, work ethic, toughness, and confidence he brings every single day. The game slows down for guys like him because of the amount of work nobody sees behind the scenes.

Pitchers across the state are probably pretty excited to see him graduate… because competing against Bryce Rivers has not been fun for a long time. 😂

Proud of you, dude. Appreciate the trust all these years and the countless hours of work together. The best is still ahead, and Nicholls State is getting a competitor, a leader, and a complete hitter.

Big future ahead for this one. 🚀

Breaking balls exposing your swing? Watch this. 👀

This D1 commit was getting beat by spin. He was getting out and around the ball, rolling over, and losing adjustability.

So we overcorrected.

The cue: “Try to hit something high to RF.”

That single thought helped him:• Hinge better• Keep the chest over the plate• Stay through the ball longer• Clean up the bat path without forcing mechanics

Sometimes the best fix isn’t more thinking. It’s the right feel.

If breaking balls are giving you problems, message “BREAKING BALL” and let us help you turn weakness into confidence.

“Power” isn’t created by pushing harder into the ground. It’s created by learning how to move WITH it.

Had this college hitter take his shoes off so he could actually feel the ground, control his load better, and move more efficiently through contact.

The result?Cleaner movement.More connection.More effortless power.

Most hitters leak energy because they push up and out instead of staying grounded and connected through the move.

Sometimes the fix isn’t doing more. It’s feeling more.
