What an incredible week representing Inner Strength Taekwondo and the Choong Sil Kwan Taekwondo Federation at the World Championships in Canada!

We are so proud of our athletes for their hard work, dedication, and the way they represented our school both on and off the mats. Competing on the world stage is an achievement in itself, and bringing home these results is something to celebrate.

Beyond the medals, this trip gave our team memories that will last a lifetime. One of the greatest highlights was the opportunity to meet Taekwondo pioneer C. K. Choi. It was an incredible honor to meet someone whose contributions helped shape the art we practice today.

Representing your school and country on the world stage takes dedication, discipline, and countless hours of training. We are incredibly proud of each of these athletes for the way they competed and for the character they displayed throughout the tournament.

A heartfelt thank you goes to our families, teammates, coaches, and everyone who supported us along the way. Your encouragement helped make this journey possible.
