Basic Fitness

I want to thank the many clients I have had the privilege of working with over the many years that I have run bootcamps, worked one on one with on a personal train and guided with running races! Thank you thank you thank you! I loved every minute of it! As most know I have had to have several surgeries on my neck and shoulder and have not run Basic fitness for a couple of years now and at this point I do not see me being in the physical shape and capacity to do so in the near future. That is not to say that one day it may not happen but for the foreseeable future it will not. Groupon does not seem to understand this although I have notified them on more than one occasion yet I still receive phone calls from excited people who have purchased a basic fitness Boot Camp Groupon and I always feel horrible having to return their call and explain that this is no longer a service. I do not know why Groupon has not or will not remove the deal, but I do tell anyone who has purchased this please contact Groupon and get their money back. I in no way benefit from any groupon deal I no longer even have a business account for them to put money into. Again I thank everyone that gave me the opportunity to be a part of your fitness journey and who knows maybe one day I will get to do so again but for now I am not in business, not even for Groupon!

At this time Basic Fitness is no longer offering Bootcamp Services! If you come across a Groupon please do not purchase! I have repeatedly informed Groupon on many occasions that this is no longer a viable purchase. Thank you and if/when Basic Fitness is able to once again provide you with the excellent services our clients are accustomed to, I will post on this page!
