HYROX Nashville early access opens July 21.
If you've been saying you'll run a race someday, this is the one. It's a big deal for our area, and a lot of Mobile is making the trip. Good chance you'll line up next to people you already train with.
Which is also why it'll be a hard ticket. The big races fill quick, and now a regional crowd is after the same spots.
The early access code is members only. Join Centerline and you'll have it the day access opens. No guarantee of a spot, but it puts you way ahead of the general scramble.
You won't be doing it cold either. We'll have you ready for the runs, the sled, the whole thing.

Two workouts. Same three exercises. Opposite stimulus.
Wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and a run at the end.
The first is an EMOM24. Every minute we work hard to finish the reps and then rest until the next minute. The built-in rest helps us start the next minute strong but more importantly trains your body to clear lactate. The 150m sprint at the end tests that we're still clearing lactate efficiently.
The other is an AMRAP30. Same movements with a slightly longer run — 400m. This workout is about density. Lactate builds and stays. Your legs fill up, get heavy, but you have to keep moving. If you've raced HYROX, you know this feeling. This is the definition of a compromised run.

We picked these for Chris on purpose. Long legs, shorter torso, more range of motion per rep. His program is dialed in to who he is as an athlete. Yours should be too.
That's the difference between working out and training.
