What are YOU doing differently in 2021? For me, I've decided to stretch after EVERY GYM SESSION for 20 minutes!!! For me the benefits 10/days in are
1. I'm rexobery FASTER
2. It relaxes me more and I'm ready to attack my days
3. It helps with my breathing and I'm less ANXIOUS
4. I'm having less PAIN in my 40 year old Joints :)
5. I think my MOBILITY is improving

The only real reason people lost weight with a waist trainer was because they were most likely exercising and in a caloric deficit.

๐If youโre truly looking to slim down your waist, the only thing that can decrease your belly fat is to maintain a caloric deficit which results in a negative energy balance. You will eventually start to see that waist become slimmer as you decrease your body fat percentage.

๐I hate to completely bash a product because I realize there could be some potential benefit, so lets go over that long list for those who need their purchase of waist trainer justified
1. Neck warmer
2. Sling shot
3. Big ass bandage
4. Mop
5. Soak up tears because you just found out you were a victim of marketing tactics and fitness influencer looking to make a quick buck.
