XC 🏃‍♂️ | After their finishes in the SSAC Championship this past weekend, Jacob Harned and Joe Stevens have officially been announced by the NAIA as individual qualifiers for the 2023 NAIA Men’s Cross Country National Championship!

NAIA Cross Country Nationals is scheduled for Nov. 17 in Vancouver, Wash.

SSAC Announces Men's and Women's Cross Country Awards Following Conference Championship Races on Saturday - University of Mobile

The men’s cross country program ended the season with one of the best season as a team in over 20 years. We had some freshman that step up big time for us at conference and returners that continue to be a key part of this program. The top four runners had a stellar performance this year running times that put them in the top 15 All-time in school history in the 8K

The women’s cross country program had a great season as well. This is a very young group that is learning and growing. We were without one of promising young freshman who is working hard to be back at 100%. This is the first year for the ladies running 6k in the post season and the ladies took on that challenge with the top 7 running top 15 times of All-time in school history. Kaylea Holmes breaking a 10 year old school record in the 6k with a time of 24:13 and her teammate Claire Atkins also breaking the school record as well (previous record was 24:29 set in 2013)

I would like to thank all the parents, family members, former runners and staff that came out to support our athletes who have worked so hard on and off the field of competition. Thanks for Preston Webb and parents, Isaac Sansom, Leith Allen Rawson, Page Trinity sister and all the athletes for the great pictures and video footages this season. These young men and women have overcome many challenges to achieve one of the best season in over 20 years.
I’m so proud of them and what they have accomplished.
