3 Bikes and a Trike

Hello friends! It's been a while since we've posted anything on here. Just wanted to let everyone know that we are all doing well and would once again like to thank all of you for your support!! Hope you all enjoy your holiday season!

In case you crave more adventure, please follow and support our friend Andrew as he embarks on an incredible journey himself.

Andrew is one of many friends we've made on the road and is attempting to ride his motorcycle around the continent of Australia, including Tasmania. This trip will take Andrew and his motorcycle roughly 12,000 miles across various climates and terrain. I'm excited to see his progress and hope that you can show him the same support. I know we really appreciated all the comments and messages. I'm sure he will too!

The Wild Ride: A solo motorcycle adventure around Australia. A theatrical production about riding a motorcycle around the continent of Australia studying theatre and its impact on Australia.

We'd like to thank our friends Mallory and Jeff Madden for accommodating us during our stay in Jacksonville. They have been very hospitable and without them, we would have had a rough time trying to sort out our gear before takeoff.

Also, we'd like to thank the Mellow Mushroom for hooking it up with some tasty pizza's and some sweet swag. If you're in the JAX beach area, make sure to stop by for a slice and a beer.

We've done it! We have successfully made it from the Pacific Coast to the Atlantic!!! We'd like to thank everyone for all of the amazing support throughout our journey and hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did.

Trent will be flying back to Colorado tomorrow. JJ and Jacob will be home on the following day. We can't wait to get home and relax!!! We'll see everyone soon!

What a day! We rode 90 miles to a lovely campground just north of Lake City FL. We can't believe it's our last night camping and that tomorrow is our last riding day! Wow! Time moves so fast! We celebrate with taco supplies and King Size candy bars! Sweet dreams Amigos y Amigas!

Whew! Made it a modest 50 miles today and We are camping in the East Talahasee KOA campground. Florida has been hilly today, of course, wouldn't be bike riding without some ups and downs! Also we have taken to some bug spray showers to ward off some of our creature friends! Guess it comes with the territory!

96 miles down today after a day of rest yesterday. JJ came down with a little food poising but is now back on the bike and we're putting big miles in until Jacksonville! We're settling in at a really cool campsite for the night and cooking up our usual rice with beans. Yum yum!

We rode our second century today and have made it to Crestview, Florida! This will be the final state of the journey and we hope to be in Jacksonville in a few days. The riding conditions have been excellent and we will be taking advantage of it while it lasts. Thanks for the continued support, you guys are awesome!

Hello all! We've made it to Mobile, Alabama after a 3 day break in New Orleans. We'd like to thank our friend Mr. Dale for getting us safely out of the city this morning and getting us well on our way. Also, our great host Chris Carriger for taking us in and showing us around the town. Lastly, we like to thank Tim and Jess Griffin for the amazing crawfish boil!!

Tonight we are staying at the Central Fire Station in Mobile. The fireman here have provided us with great food, a few couches, and some delicious ice cream. Can't thank these guys enough for their hospitality and hope that this good luck continues until Jacksonville! Good night.

Had a great time last night on Bourbon street with some old friends and now we are enjoying some Cafe au lait at the world famous Cafe Du Monde.

We'd also like to let everyone know that we have changed our final destination to Jacksonville, FL. So we should be home by May 15th!

We have crossed over the Mississippi River and now we are in Baton Rouge! Since there are no safe routes for us into New Orleans, we will be taking a city shuttle tonight and will be there until Sunday. We have friends to visit and a new city to explore.

82 miles today and two days away from New Orleans. Today will be the last day with our new touring buddy Hunter S. He was a really cool guy and we enjoyed riding with him the past 4 days. We wish him well on his journey north.

Now it's time for some much needed sleep. Tonight we will be sleeping behind an auto shop and out of the weather! We hope for no rain tomorrow for our 90 mile day to Baton Rouge.

944 miles through the great state of Texas and we've made it to Louisiana!!! Can't wait to see what this state has to offer.
