Announcing our Regional Teams Director for the 2027 season! ⭐️🏐

Jaylen Daffin will step into the Regional Gym Director role and share programming duties with Mckenzie including Summer Academy, Volley Tots, Fall League, & Grassroots. During the 2026 season, Jaylen served as the Local teams Master Coach, while coaching 11LB and 17NW teams. We are also pleased to share that Jaylen will return as our Social Media Coordinator!

Please help us welcome McKenzie Johnson to the LAV Family! McKenzie is a Rockwall, Texas native and former Division I libero at Louisiana Tech & University of Cincinnati. She will serve as our new director of the National & Local gyms, and sharing programming duties including Summer Academy, Fall League, VolleyTots, & Grassroots with Jaylen Daffin.
