🔥WEDNESDAY WARRIORS: PAT & NIKKI!🔥

This week, we’re celebrating a husband-wife duo who are each on their own HOTWORX journey! ❤️

Nikki has been with us since February 2025 and says HOTWORX has helped her discover muscles she never knew she had--even after years of circuit training, while giving her results without being hard on her body. She also says it wasn’t until joining HOTWORX that she truly appreciated the benefits of infrared therapy and sauna heat! Her favorites? Pilates + ISO, with Brittney & Maria as her go-to instructors!

Her advice to new members: Be patient, listen to your body, and don’t feel like you have to do it all at once. Trust that you’re getting a workout!😆

Pat joined us in July 2026 after his wife and doctor encouraged him to make some lifestyle changes. He says the infrared heat has helped him feel better physically and mentally—with weight loss being a pretty great bonus! His favorite is Hot Cycle, but he always feels best after a Hot Stretch session!

His advice? Try everything, find your favorites, and mix it up!🔥

We LOVE getting to watch Pat & Nikki support each other while working toward their own goals. Keep earning that burn, you two! 👏

💗October Warrior of the Month: Brooke 💗
I was a HOTWORX advocate before I was ever an owner, but I never imagined how important it would become during my breast cancer journey.
Through chemotherapy, I did what I could—even if it was just coming in to sit and sweat. After reconstruction surgery left me with almost no strength, I slowly started rebuilding with Cycle and Blast before working my way back to Bands and Pilates.
Progress is slow, but the benefits are so rewarding. I’m grateful to have HOTWORX as part of my journey and to keep showing up and getting stronger.
This October, during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’ll also finish my final immunotherapy treatments. 💗🔥

🌟 September Warrior of the Month: Dione 🌟
If you had told me a few years ago I'd be healthier at 50 than ever before, I wouldn't have believed you.
My doctor recently told me, "You have the healthiest numbers I've ever seen in a 50-year-old," and said I've likely added years to my life. Those words meant everything to me.
This journey has been about so much more than weight loss. After years of pain, inflammation, obesity, and depression, I finally feel AMAZING.
HOTWORX has given me more than workouts, it gave me my health, confidence, and a community that makes me excited to show up every day. I'm so thankful for this journey and everyone who's been part of it. ❤️🔥
