Our small group training is designed for 2–4 people, giving you individualized attention and programming while offering a more affordable option than 1:1 personal training.

And you don’t have to already have a group to get started!

Have a friend, family member or workout buddy you want to train with? Great—bring them with you. If not, that’s okay too. Let us know your availability and we can help match you with others who have similar schedules.

Consistency ➡️ strength. 💪

Whitney is pressing the 25s here—but she didn’t start here.

We’ve worked consistently to build her strength, gradually increasing the challenge when she’s ready while keeping good movement and control.

After pressing these for two sets, she said:

“I wouldn’t have pushed myself to do this weight if I was working out by myself.”

And that’s one of the biggest benefits of working with a trainer.

Sometimes we underestimate what we’re capable of and end up sandbagging our own workouts. Other times, we add too much too quickly and sacrifice form or increase our risk of injury.

A good trainer is watching more than just the number on the dumbbell. We’re paying attention to rep speed, technique, exertion, and how you’re responding to the work. That helps us recognize when it’s time to level up—and when it’s smarter to stay where we are.

Whitney has put in the work consistently, and those 25s are just one little example of how that work adds up. 👏🔥

Six weeks, starting September 14. We are calling it the Engine challenge.

It is built for the person who has been meaning to get back to it since about March. Six weeks of coached training, HYROX flavored, with somebody actually watching your sets.

$199 for the whole block. The group is capped so the coaching stays hands on.
