A few of our NSRD skaters showed up to support our very own Captain Weezy Ana Slamma and Kellie Woodall Studio — celebrating her incredible, one-of-a-kind artwork and the heart behind it all!

Weezy puts so much time, love, and effort into her art, but what makes us even prouder is how she uses her time and voice to support causes that matter! 🫶🏼

The Julie Marange Memorial Walk brought the community together for its 8th year in a row to raise awareness about the causes, effects, and prevention of sexualized violence against women. We’re proud to stand behind a captain who stands for so much more than derby!

The final whistle has blown on our 2026 season, and our hearts are FULL! 💙💚 We’re grateful for the battles, the growth, the friendships, and the people who made every bit of this season possible!

If there’s one thing we’re taking away from this season, it’s that Roller Derby has never been just about the score! It’s also about the people who make it all possible!

To our incredible players who put in the work, pushed through the tough practices, showed up for each other, and gave this season everything they had — WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU! The growth, teamwork, dedication, and heart this team has shown all season long is undeniable!

The BIGGEST THANK YOU to every single person who made this season happen! To West Florida Roller Derby for bringing the amazing vibes, to the volunteers, referees, officials, NSOs, sponsors, supporters, and every single person working behind the scenes — WE COULD NOT DO THIS WITHOUT YOU! Every person who shows up for this community is part of what makes it so special!!

With our LAST HOME BOUT creeping up on October 24th, we’re fine-tuning the game plan and putting in the work to face West Florida Roller Derby! 🔥

In true Nightmare on the Northshore fashion, we wrapped up practice with a little racing for Halloween candy! 🏁

Turns out, throw some sugar on the line and suddenly EVERYONE has another gear! 😂🍬
