With playoff games and championship games happening this week, I wanted to take a moment and remind everyone of our zero tolerance policy. Please remember these are kids out there, and coaches and umpires are volunteering their time. I was made aware of a couple instances recently and wanted to address this. MGSL has been invited to take the field with the Central Catholic softball team for the National anthem before their first playoff game next Wednesday, 5/13 at 4:00. All players are welcome to come on the field with them, and our board president will be throwing out the first pitch. 🥎
More details to come but I think this is a great idea and the girls can all see what working hard leads to. If your daughter is interested, please reply here or send me a message with their age group so they can get a head count.
