Our 8th event of the 2026 season took us into the beautiful hills of Amador County as we headed to Lake Amador Resort, and the fishing didn't disappoint!

🥇 1st Place: Garrett & Mason – 21.41 lbs
🥈 2nd Place: Tony D. & Cody – 17.93 lbs
A second-half surge helped secure the runner-up finish!
🥉 3rd Place: Steven & Greg – 17.35 lbs

🎣 Big Fish Honors: Corey & Brandon landed a beautiful 5.30 lb largemouth bass to claim the tournament's Big Fish award.

On Sunday, we had the honor of hosting several members of American Legion Post #190 at Buckley Cove on the beautiful California Delta.

It was a fantastic day on the water, with both the weather and the fish cooperating. While the fishing was great, the camaraderie, delicious food, and meaningful conversations were the true highlights of the day.

We can never say thank you enough to the veterans who have sacrificed and put their lives on the line so that we can enjoy days like this with our family and friends.

Tournament Results:
🥇 1st Place: Bruce & Jim – 3 fish, 11.78 lbs
🥈 2nd Place: Kelly & Mike – 11.30 lbs, including the tournament Big Fish weighing 6.39 lbs
🥉 3rd Place: Marvin & Patrick – 7.18 lbs

The 53rd Annual Modesto AmBassAdors Night Team Classic is officially in the books!

A huge thank you to all of our sponsors, participants, members, Lake Don Pedro, and our Master of Ceremonies, Jeff Huth, for helping make this year’s event such a tremendous success.

The funds raised through this event support the Veterans and First Responder programs we host throughout the year, and we are grateful for everyone who contributes to these important causes.

Tomorrow night is the night! Come out and fish one of, if not the longest running night tournaments in Northern CA. NO membership required to fish.

The Modesto AmBassAdors headed out to Buckley Cove on the California Delta for the 6th event of the 2026 season, where 18 anglers battled nonstop wind and paired with extreme gusts which started shortly after blast off.

When the scales closed, it was Ray Smith taking home the win with an impressive 16.02 lb bag!

We are now officially halfway through our 2026 season. It's a perfect time to check us out, join us for some meetings and outings so that we can get you voted prior to the 2027 kick-off in December.
