Gymnastics Gym It all started October 1st 1985 in Glenwood Illinois when Jim and Wendy Fredrickson opened the doors of Gym-Kinetics for the first time.
August 1991 Jim and Wendy decided to venture out and head out west in efforts to open a second a second location in Mokena. During the 3 rd year in business, a decision was made to move the Glenwood gym to Mokena facility to almost 18,000 square feet. Over the last 28 years Gym-Kinetics programs have grown to over 1,000 students per week between the 2 facilities which have produced some of the cou
