My training should look different right now.
Being a trainer doesn’t mean I’m always pushing for more. It means I know when to slow down, recover and listen to my body or when to build back up toward progress.
That’s my approach to training and makes it attainable for life. Training should fit into your life, not compete with it. Whether you’re new to fitness, busy with the kids or just need structure and accountability, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

January doesn’t need a dramatic restart. It can just be a quiet return to what works: moving your body, fueling it well, and showing up - even imperfectly. We’re building strength that lasts, not trends that fade.

Struggling to stick with your fitness goals
Here are 3 easy tips to get started and most importantly continue with your fitness journey
🏋️♀️follow one program that aligns with your goals or sounds interesting. Finding random workouts and jumping around on an app with limitless possibilities can lead to decision fatigue and burnout before you even start your workout. When you follow a program and know exactly what you’re doing each day it cuts out any second guessing. Following a program is also the way you’ll see long lasting results in your training
👯 enlist external accountability in the way of a gym buddy or coach. They will help you get out of your own way on the days that you don’t really feel like doing it. The number of times I’ve heard “I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for you”
🗓️ your fitness journey should fit your lifestyle and be something you can do forever. The workouts will likely change with stages of life, vacation, kids, etc but the magic happens when you can adapt your training to fit your lifestyle.
