Walker Park Elementary PTO

As the school year comes to an end, PTO would like to thank all of our students, parents and staff for supporting our efforts in raising money that will help Walker Park continue to grow. As a team, we are proud to say we were able to end the year with $18,000 that will be used to help purchase an electronic sign, 2 shade tents with WP logos (Thank you to Ginny’s Custom Embroidery for helping us out with this.) and providing the starting funds for next years PTO endeavors. PTO is a huge asset for our school and we are calling on all parents to get involved. If you’re interested in volunteering next year, please reach out to us through your teachers or at [email protected]. We hope everyone has a wonderful summer!

James turned in the most Box Tops for the 2018-2019 school year, with a total of 660.

Not far behind the winner were the following students:

The winner and runners up will receive a voucher for a free King size Kona Ice on PBIS Water Day!

Tomorrow is the last day to turn in your 2019-2020 PTO board ballot. Every vote counts so make sure you get yours in!

The deadline to return the ballots for the 2019-2020 PTO board has been extended to next Wednesday, April 24th. Please make sure to vote!

Ballots will go home with each student and teacher tomorrow. Please return your votes by Friday, April 19th. You may send them in to your child’s home room teacher or return them to the ballot box in the front office.
