I’ve noticed a trend while talking with clients and fellow gym members. What was your biggest challenge losing weight or changing a lifestyle habit?

A majority of people would say motivation or losing interest.

Alot of people went low fat no carb and only eat rice 🍚 and chicken 🐔.

Don’t get me wrong if you can sustain a diet of rice 🍚 and chicken 🐔 you will most likely reach your goals, but is this sustainable for you 🫵 Probably not
Most likely you will get tired of this old bland pattern and go back to the way you were eating or worse. 

that’s where I come in and give you a guiding hand step by step to ensure that you will keep your new habits and work on kicking the old ones.

What do you think Is the most over looked part of exercise?

If you asked me this question a few months ago I would have told you that training volume and specificity was the most important.

While this is true in most cases, REST is you best friend. Without rest in between sets and your day to day workout schedule having a light or even an off day from the gym is just as important then hitting the gym everyday, grow every day and expand your horizons 💪

Lots of people ask me how I lost so much weight in a years time, lots of people thought I would starve my self but that is not sustainable or enjoyable.
believe it or not you can still eat foods that you enjoy!

Little about my self: my name is Tyler Bradley I am 24 years old, use to weigh 300 pounds and did not have any motivation to even lose weight. After some simple changes to my way living I was able to drop 145 pounds in in 14 months.
