We’ll do just about anything for our kids. ❤️
But will we work out for them?
Not to look a certain way. Not to hit a certain PR. But to be strong enough to show up for them for as long as we possibly can.
To be the parent who says:
❤️ Yes, I’ll chase you.
💪 Yes, I’ll help you move into your first apartment.
🥾 Yes, I’ll join you on that family hike.
🏡 Yes, I’ll help you with that home project.
👶 Yes, I’ll watch the grandkids.
🎢 Yes, I’ll ride that roller coaster with you.
❤️ Yes, I’m still up for the adventure.
Because fitness is about so much more than what we can do inside a gym. It’s about building a body that lets us keep saying YES to the people we love.
We want to be strong enough to help, capable enough to explore, and healthy enough to enjoy more of life alongside our families. We want to hold onto our independence longer, keep making memories, and be there for the moments that matter.
And the best part? You don’t have to choose between taking care of yourself and taking care of your kids.
KIDS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME AT CROSSFIT MONROE. 🙌
We have a dedicated kids’ area where they can hang out and watch you work out, plus a monitor on the gym floor so you can keep an eye on them while you train.
They get to see you making your health a priority. They get to see you try hard things, build confidence, and take care of yourself. And you get to invest in being the parent who can keep showing up.
You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be the strongest person in the room. You just have to start showing up for yourself, too.
Because one of the best things you can do for your kids is take care of the person who’s going to be there for them. ❤️
Come get strong with us. Bring the kiddos. We’ve got room for both.
