Meet our head trainer! She has been in the fitness industry for almost 10 years!! She started in the group fitness community teaching 5+ formats including Pound and Beachbody formats. She has earned an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) and a master's in Exercise Science! She has managed gym locations as well as owned her own fitness facility!! She is a certified pole dance instructor, nutrition coach, and personal trainer. She is in the process of getting her degree and license for Physical Therapist Assistant. All our sessions are video virtual sessions, like facetime for your fitness journey, so just take us along to the gym with you! We are your in-pocket gym buddy!! We will help with form, gym education, provide accountability and do every step of your fitness programming for you!! So no more "winging it" at the gym!!
