Congrats to our 6 new girls that hit a 135 x 3 raw squat max last week (7/17/26). Few more knocking on the door!

Week 2 photos.

Friday The girls did great with snap downs, vertical jumps, and broad jumps. I missed the squat pictures, but took a few when I could on our bench and deadlifts. We rounded off the day with hanging leg raises and dips.

Monday and Wednesday we have more dumbbell and speed work. But I can each week seeing a huge improvement in form and technique.

First week of workouts done. The girls did a great job learning the warm-up, expectations, how to spot, load, the big 3, and how to leave the weight-room.

These Tiger will earn their stripes in June for a workout shirt.

Congrats to Alisha Anderson, Sofia Borquist, and Ben Burkett on Academic All-State.

Congrats to Jakobe Collins for placing 3rd in the 220’s. Jakobe squatted 605, benched 365, and deadlifted 600.

Congrats to Sofia Borquist for finishing as state runner-up in the 123’s. Sofia squatted 340, benched 165, and deadlifted 300 for an 805 total.
