Happy Thursday, Mi Fitness family!

As we celebrate Labor Day, we will adjust our hours slightly on Monday, September 7th. We will be open from 530am-5pm.

One post, two different messages...but stick with me.😉

We want to start off by saying Happy First Day of School to the Amherst County students, parents and teachers! Praying for a safe, healthy, memorable, successful and fun school year! 🏫

Secondly and not necessarily related, one year ago we had no idea what to expect when we were about to open the doors of Mi Fitness. Just this morning, we had a member ask to pray for our daughter who was driving for the first time today. I had another ask how my mom's treatments were going and handfuls praying and asking about our son's broken foot. We have prayed with people and listened to those who are hurting from loss, life change and many other things. We have celebrated joys and good times with members. 💙

One of the primary missions we have had since the beginning of this journey is to create a space where people felt comfortable, cared for, connected and supported not just physically, but in whatever they have going on in life. God has blessed us tremendously over the last year and we will be forever grateful for those connections that we have made and can't wait to see what He continues to do through us inside and outside of these walls! 🙌

Thank you for trusting us, supporting us and for being a part of the Mi Fitness family! We are just getting started! 💪
