❗️New Equipment❗️
-Added (in my opinion) the best bicep machine ever made. Strive 60 degree arm curl.
•Heads up that we moved the seated lateral raise next to seated leg curl and also moved the 45 degree back extension in the back past the posing room next to the reverse hyper. Thank you all for the continued support of the Gym so we can keep adding more toys!

❗️New addition to the gym❗️
•Added a Precor functional trainer. Felt we had a need for a separate cable area to pull benches up to do flys, arms, etc. Hope all our members get some use out of it!

❗️DAY PASS POLICY ❗️
• We are a solely owned and operated gym so no I am not here 24 hours 7 days a week. We are also key access only so if I am not here you are unable to get a day pass. Just please reach out beforehand to set up a time to train and we’ll get you in here. Thank you!

❗️6 Year Anniversary ❗️
- It’s been 6 years since I’ve opened this gym. What was once CBC Fitness and is now Calvary Iron. Took a lot of steps this past year and none of it would be possible without all the amazing members we have here. I thank you all for making this gym possible to give us a great place to train and also fellowship. To all the long standing members and to all the new ones I truly appreciate all of you. Here’s to many more years! Praise God for it all! ✝️

Replaced some benches with these new Rogue adjustable benches! Got to admit it was a sad day to take out our old school nautilus bench but I will eventually restore it back to life but for now break in these new rogue ones!

❗️ANNOUNCEMENT❗️
- CBC Fitness has now officially changed into CALVARY IRON LLC. I have been wanting to change the name for a while now for many reasons. The main reason is I no longer live to glorify myself anymore. CBC has my name in it to give myself the praise but I now live to glorify god and god only. My new goal in life is to make disciples and to glorify Jesus in everything I do. This is all his. I chose the name Calvary Iron because Christ made the ultimate sacrifice on Calvary (Golgotha or ‘place of the skull’). Jesus willingly took the punishment that we all deserve and takes away the sin of the world. Every time we enter the gym I want it to be a reminder of the ultimate sacrifice that is KING JESUS. Bear with us as we go through sign / social media / shirts / website changes and more. I thank you all for being such great members here and if anyone has any questions or would just like to know more about the name change and why I did it please let me know I’ll be happy to discuss.
