I stopped in at @yoga_by_romi last night and the second I walked into the beautiful yoga space I knew I was going to love it. 🧘 As someone that’s practiced yoga for over 10 years, I’ve grown to be very particular about my yoga practice and struggle to find a class or teacher that I really love as much as I loved “Yogi Wade” who used to teach at The Ohiopyle Community Center. If you know, you know. I tend to really enjoy a class taught by someone with experience and Romi has 25+ years on his resume. His class was like nothing I’ve ever experienced and I loved how much attention went into helping each and every student during class. He told me his style of teaching is how yoga is commonly practiced in India. It wasn’t as much about a continuous flow as it was about getting the most out of each pose and there was also a lot of great breath work during class. All of the other “regulars” in the class were also super welcoming to me as I was visiting for the first time. If you’re looking for a teacher that is going to really help you get the most out of your practice I recommend Romi!
