Meal preps are here for LTW Monrovia Members! If you are struggling to stay on track with nutrition or just do not have enough time to cook here is a very affordable option! We are now offering breakfast, lunch and dinners. Orders are due Thursday at 6pm through google forms. Pickup will be at LTW Fitness on Sunday. Payment will be through Venmo with Coach Sam.

Prices are as follows:
•Lunch/ Dinners - $10 a meal
•11+ Lunch/ Dinners -$9 a meal
•Breakfast - $7 a meal
•Low/ No Carb- $Free
•Extra Protein - $1 extra a meal
