🔥 Sept 15–26 — Open 10 AM–9 PM for advanced private booking
🔥 Sat, Sept 19th — Sunset Sauna, 6:00 PM
🌕 Sat, Sept 26th — Community Sauna, 4:30–6:30 PM, plus Full Moon Women+'s Sauna, 7–9 PM

We can accomodate groups of up to 12 in our beautiful rustic wood-fired sauna nestled in the woods above Lake Hebron in Monson, Maine.
We book 2 hour sessions most any day or time with advanced notice and offer secluded access to the lake for cold swim in summer and polar dip in winter.
