And YES… Yogalates is at 9 AM Monday instead of our usual 5:30 AM — because you deserve to sleep in a little! 😉😴

School is back, kids’ sports are in full swing, and somehow the family calendar went from empty to very full overnight. 😂

So here’s a little Renew You reminder as we head into the busy season:

Our instructors are busy moms too, and occasionally we need to cover for one another or make a schedule adjustment. Life happens! 💚

It is with a heavy heart that we have made the decision to cancel our last sunrise yoga session tomorrow 💔This is the first time in 3 summers we have ever had to cancel 😩Mother Nature has been good to us for the most part 🌊Class packs and pre-payments will be refunded. And it BETTER rain ⚡️⛈️
