An offshoot of world-renowned Alycea Ungaro’s Real Pilates in New York City, the Montauk studio is a classical, boutique space open from mid-May through December. All instructors descend in their instruction directly from Joe Pilates himself to bring you the most authentic Pilates on the east end.
