These all went to the market, perfect size!!!!

Got to fishers island one morning this fall and 100 striped bass swam right up to us and started crashing in the surface!!! But we were there for black fish. Killed them this day but may have found a new bass spot……..

If you remember the wind in September and October was really bad this year, this was a trip in between windy days at the end of October. We caught everything this day local. Weak fish, blow fish, sea bass, porgy, blue fish, trigger fish amber jacks and striped bass what an awesome day!!! And as we headed in the wind started to pickup……

This was my first black fish trip of the season, definitely one of my best crews so I was solo. Didn’t get many pictures, had my hands full!! Being picky we were done in a hour and a half, and caught 8 limits !!! Insane!!!

Late post, playing catch up. Saw a lot of weak fish this fall bottom fishing. No problem getting my limit. Had two limits this day. Released them all. Such a beautiful fish!!!

Weather and bottom fishing doesn’t get much better!!!

Still killing it with the kids!!! So hard to get good pictures when we are fishing. I got my hands full!!!
