They say talking to someone helps with stress, anxiety, and everything life throws at you… and yeah, that might work for some people.

But for me?
Nothing beats being out in the woods.

Working the land. Clearing trails. Setting up blinds. Getting everything ready for the season. Whether it’s hunting or just putting time into the property— that’s my therapy.

That’s where the noise shuts off.
That’s where my mind finally goes quiet.
That’s where I feel right.

No distractions. No pressure. Just me and the outdoors.

And honestly… I wouldn’t trade that for anything.
