Hi Yoga friends! There are no yoga classes this week. I am working at Sol Criations Farm Sanctuary in Endeavor and unable to make it to classes. If you’d like to learn more about the farm and how we practice the concept of ahimsa, an integral part of practicing yoga, comment below, call, or send me a message/text. Practicing yoga in our everyday lives by opening the heart to the present moment through all the ups and downs is the best way to practice. With Love and Compassion ❤️ Namaste 🙏

Hi Yoga Family, the next two Tuesdays, 6/16 and 6/23, I am unable to teach yoga classes due to doctor’s appointments that cannot be rescheduled. I am switching those classes to Wednesdays 6/17 and 6/24. I apologize for any inconvenience. Class will run as usual on Fridays. Please help spread the message. Namaste 🙏 ~~Maggie
