So i purchases a Caddytek cart for my husband and since receiving the cart had been veering to right. Sad to say he has not been happy with this cart and have not been able to contact your company. Not good customer service for such an expensive item which you claim it’s the best cart around. I would not recommend this cart cause no customer service to help with problems.

I have left 3 messages and sent 2 emails. How do I get someone to respond?

Don't answer the phone . On face book they told me to email service. I have a phone number for service and have been calling since January. Emailing since January. Not a happy golfer with caddytec. I need a part for the bag holder And no response.

I purchased a caddytek explorer v8 in april 2021 from costco which is malfunctioning ( locking mechanism for base not working). Have been trying to call and email customer service but not having any luck. Please provide assistance.
