There’s something powerful about slowing down enough to really listen to your body during pregnancy. Using movement as medicine and a tool to guide you through your birth.

This Prenatal Yoga Series is designed to offer support through movement, breath, rest, and connection — creating space each week to ground, release tension, build gentle strength, and prepare for the transition into motherhood. It is so important to take the time for yourself to nourish your mind, body and soul as the busy tasks of life take over so you can pause and enjoy each moment with your powerful body as it grows your baby.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or already practicing, this series is here to meet you where you are with the support of our teachers at OM. You will be safely led through a nourishing practice each week to expand upon and maybe feel inspired to practice at home with the time in-between.
