Dromas finished 2nd for to finish in the money for Alabama stakes races for the eighth time!

Unaffiliated came on late for third and hit the board for the fifth time in his Alabama stakes career.

Hello everyone! Alabama-bred thoroughbreds will be running on Saturday September 12th at Louisiana Downs! The race is restricted to Alabama horses who have never won 3 stakes races and the purse is $50,000! The winner will receive $30,000.

Registration for Horse U 2026 - Equine Elementary opens tomorrow (9/1) at 12:00 PM for youth ages 6-12! The registration link will be posted to our social accounts right at noon.
