Alabama Hellcats Platinum 16U beat Auburn Wildcats Thrash 16U 8-4 on Saturday.

Auburn Wildcats Thrash 16U got on the board in the top of the first inning after Kaitlyn Owens walked, Katelyn Foley walked, and Morgan Foley scored after tagging up, each scoring one run.

Alabama Hellcats Platinum 16U flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the first, scoring eight runs on seven hits to take a 8-3 lead. The biggest blow in the inning was a double by Audrey Lumpkin 2026 on the sixth pitch of the at-bat that drove in two.

Janiya Lawler 2026 began the game for Alabama Hellcats Platinum 16U. The starting pitcher surrendered one hit and four runs over two innings, striking out two and walking seven. It came down to the wire on Saturday, as Alabama Hellcats Platinum 16U grabbed the victory in walk-off fashion, 5-4, over Tomahawks. The game was tied at four in the bottom of the third when Janiya Lawler 2026 tripled, scoring one run.

Alabama Hellcats Platinum 16U rallied for the victory despite trailing 4-0 in the first.

Tomahawks jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after #33 singled, scoring one run, #78 tripled, scoring two runs, and a wild pitch scored one run.
