Whenever I get a chance to, I hop on the monkey bars just to remind myself how much fun movement used to be as a kid. 🤸🏾♀️😍
Back then we didn’t call it training… we just played. But if we had kept doing things like this consistently, imagine the strength we would have built along the way.
Monkey bars are more than just playground fun, they help improve:
•Grip strength
•Shoulder mobility
•Upper body strength
•Core stability
•Coordination and body control
A small reminder: the things we loved doing as kids were often the movements our bodies needed the most.
