End of the season for my PC Thunderbirds seniors. Even though it didn't go like we wanted I would not trade one second of time I spent with them! Forever in my heart and I can't wait to see what God has planned for each of you!

I haven't had much ti.e to post since I've been back at PC. Look for some exciting things to start happening in the coming months in our sports medicine program! Any concerns or questions about injuries in your PCHS or Johnny Carr athletes ? Call, text or email me for answers.

This is the end of an era! I have officially ended my reign as PCHS head athletic trainer and will be moving on to other AT adventures! I will miss my PC family and will ALWAYS consider you family......so DO NOT lose my contact info! I will always be available for my kids no matter how grown they are or where I am. My love for them is unconditional❤. I still take care of my kids that are in college and even my coaches that have moved on. We are ALWAYS a family! I will still continue this page for sports medicine info for everyone, but will be renaming it and taking Park Crossing's name off of it. Stay in touch and post pics of my babies so I know how they are progressing. Love you all!!❤❤❤❤❤ Here's a pic of the Spring game with some of my boys.....my last time on the sidelines with my Birds!

Hearts are heavy in my hometown tonite after losing a coach, a friend, a mentor, an educator, and an administrator to Covid today. He was on his way out the door of the hospital when he took a turn for the worse and was intubated immediately. This happened yesterday and the Lord took him home today. Please remember the family of Coach Joe Austin in your prayers tonite and in the coming days, weeks, and months. For those who may think medical professionals like myself are over-reacting to this pandemic and messing up your day with precautions to keep you safe........lose someone you know who is healthy and let's see if you feel the same. This is real folks! It's not political, not conjured up for ratings, it can take away a life before you know it. Don't underestimate this enemy!

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey Issues Face Mask Mandate The order requiring face coverings when in public will be in place through the end of July.
Just curious to what your thoughts are after reading a recommendation to use "Red Tails" for the Washington NFL football team name. Naming the team after the famous Tuskegee Airmen. Pretty cool idea I thought. What are some of YOUR ideas for a new name? I excited to see your ideas!!
