Last but certainly not least, Varsity shooting athlete, Lucas Riddle wrapped up an incredible spring season with a 🥉 3rd place finish in our conference in Sporting Clays AND earned All-State Shooting honors!

Lucas continues to prove he belongs among the best, and we can’t wait to see what he does this fall!

We kicked off our fall season today by providing TWO CASES of competition sh***un shells for each of our 59 athletes to help cover their am******on needs this season.

Let that sink in…

59 athletes. 118 cases of shells. One incredibly supported team.

And it doesn’t stop there. This season, our Booster Club is also covering ALL team practice clays AND competition clays for every athlete. That is HUGE, and something we are incredibly proud to be able to provide for our team.

Our Booster Club could NEVER make something like this happen without our amazing sponsors. Every sponsorship dollar goes right back into supporting our athletes and helping make this sport more accessible for our families.

And the best part? This is only the beginning of what we’re able to give back to our team this season!!!

Our next brag post goes to Tyler Kowalik, and this one comes with quite the résumé.

Tyler is an exceptional shooter, but none of those awards happened by accident. He puts in the time, practices constantly, and is always working to get better. The results pretty much speak for themselves.

Now, a little friendly advice for anyone who ends up on a Sporting Clays course with Tyler: if he casually asks if you want to put $20 on the next station… keep your money. 😂💸 He already knows how this is going to end.

Tyler has proven he can compete with some of the best shooters in the state AND the nation, and we have a feeling he’s nowhere near finished yet.

We can’t wait to see what he adds to that résumé this fall.

📣 ATHLETE SHOUTOUT: PAYTON HERMANN

Our next brag post goes to Payton Hermann, who brought home 3rd place in the ladies conference in Sporting Clays during the spring season!

If you’ve ever been around our Sporting Clays girls squad, you know they bring a WHOLE different kind of energy (much like our girls Trap squad!). Payton and the girls shoot together, have an absolute blast doing it, and somehow always manage to keep the boys on their toes. 😂 We’re pretty sure the guys get a little nervous (let’s be honest, they get really nervous) when they see this squad on the schedule because these girls consistently put up some seriously impressive scores. Their attitude? “What, like it’s hard?” 💁‍♀️

Payton has only been competing with our team for one year, and she’s already racking up the medals, although you’d never know it from her humble nature. She quietly shows up, puts in the work, and lets her scores do the talking.

We are so excited to have Payton back competing with us this season and can’t wait for another season of great scores, lots of laughs, and all the memories this girls squad is sure to make!

A HUGE shoutout to Banks Bergeron for placing 2nd in the Novice Division in 5-Stand at the USA Clay Target League National Tournament when our team competed this summer! We were the only high school team representing the Lone Star state! 

Yep, you read that right… 2nd in the NATION! 🇺🇸🥈

We are so proud of Banks and this incredible accomplishment. We can’t wait to see what he does this season! Way to represent, Banks!

We are finally able to recognize our 5-Stand team and the incredible spring season they had lead by coach Tommy Kowalik. The team finished 2nd in their very competitive National conference.
