**Key Responsibilities:**
- Set up and engrave awards, trophies, and gift items with precision and attention to detail.
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing recommendations, and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workspace.
- Manage and respond to customer emails professionally.
- Utilize Yahoo Calendar for scheduling and coordination.
- Operate a computer effectively for various tasks, including engraving setup.
**Preferred Skills and Experience:**
- Previous experience with CorelDRAW is welcomed but not required.
- Familiarity with engraving equipment or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
**Work Environment:**
This position is primarily on-site, ensuring hands-on involvement with engraving and customer interactions.
