Meet Emma Yarbrough!
This September, we want to introduce you, or reintroduce you, to our amazing staff of talented teachers, starting with Emma! Emma teaches Acrobatics, Ballet, Jazz, and Tap.
Born and raised in North Aurora, Emma has been dancing since she was just 3 years old and joined Stephanie's at age 13. She began competing at 11 and has had the opportunity to dance under the direction of Debra Nanni, Joe Muisel, Tiffany Krause, Stephanie Clay, Jordan Mercer, Annie McWilliams, and several other renowned choreographers and dancers.
Emma most recently graduated from The University of Alabama, where she performed in Dance Alabama! and Dance Collection through the university's dance department, and taught and choreographed for MJ's Academy of Dance in Tuscaloosa.
She's thrilled to come back to her home studio and share everything she's learned with our new dancers, and to give back to the place where she learned so much.
