RESURGENCE ⚡️

Eight weeks ago, our athletes committed to getting stronger.

They showed up.
They trusted the process.
They put in the work.

Now it’s time to celebrate the results. New personal records, stronger lifts and proof that consistent effort pays off.

But Resurgence was about more than adding weight to the bar. It was about rebuilding confidence, pushing beyond old limits and discovering what happens when an entire community pursues progress together.

Congratulations to every athlete who completed the cycle and tested their strength. We are incredibly proud of you.

Eight weeks of work. One powerful resurgence. We get a break from death by burpees 😆
