Technical questions via video, pre-competition pep talks from overseas, and just catching up on life. Last week she expressed her happiness in sharing time on the mats with another familiar face (Prof Ouano - Tsunami BJJ)

And last night a video call into our watch party from the Whitehouse lawn at UFC 250.

While we’d still rather you all be here, it’s a blessing you know you’re always a part of this wherever you are! 🏴‍☠️🤍🌊

These kids are so individually unique, with their own energy, personality, mannerisms and sense of humor.

Everyone of them are absolutely amazing!
