It’s always great to meet new friends and see old ones. Thank you for our guest instructor I really appreciate you taking the time to guide M*F especially saber. I hope to have more sessions focused on foil and epee perhaps after the competition season.

HEMA is going strong and we have a great a HEMA group on Fridays. But if gear is available it’s fun to always practice.

Please come out and see us Thursday 6:30-8pm and Friday5-8, at the Armory 1018 Madison av. Montgomery.

A small taste of TSL. This does require protection and at this time will be “bring your own gear”. There is a manual and a whole new rule set in addition to M*F and HEMA. Play safe and have fun. We are gearing up for tournament season. But if that is not your mind set or goal then just come play and practice with us. It’s a great work out and you will be welcome. Have a great weekend I hope to see everyone in Millbrook Monday and Tuesday 5:30-8pm.

Instructors and students (parents of students) please see me about parking passes!! Also I will start to introduce TSL (light sabers)to the courses. This will be a lot of fun and generate growth to our community.

Remember tomorrow we have a special treat in Millbrook. 5:30-8pm I have a guest instructor. We will go over a lot of saber techniques and you will have a better understanding of the rules and scoring among many other tips. I hope you can make it.
