I know that it was hot in the gym today my sincerest apologies. Good job on exchanges and bouts. Please keep in mind. Your footwork is very important and is the structure of all things you are attempting to do in your strategy against your opponent. So as always practice your footwork.. hope to see everybody tomorrow night 530 to 8 in Millbrook.

What a great week! Welcome new students! We had some really great exchanges and bouts. Please work on footwork and balance these two things are very important to form, structure and blade control. I look forward to seeing everyone next Monday/Tuesday in Millbrook 5:30-8pm.

Thursday 5:30-8: Matthew and his parents will host us at their house. We will have hamburgers hotdogs and they will make their pool for swimming available. Please contact me for the address and for my head count before this Wednesday.
There will be NO practice at the Learning Arts Center!
